On 18th February 2020, President Mr Sunil Rama along with General Secretary Mr Rakesh Mankotia and Senior Vice President Mr Ravinder Sharma along with Principal Sainik School Sujanpur Tira, Group Captain AK Paul met with Chief Minister Himachal Pradesh Sh Jai Ram Thakur, Education Minister Sh Suresh Bhardwaj, Director Higher Education Sh Amarjeet and Principal Secretary Sh Kamlesh Kumar Pant for various issues of school majorily the finance issues. This meeting yield fruitful result where Govt of Himachal Pradesh released a fund of Rs.1,50,00,000 (Rs.1.5 crore) to school. This mentioned amount has been added in school account to carry various pending works.Other than then the above point various other points were also discussed.
- NCC fund not provided to school for last 2 years.
- Rs.10,00,00,000 (Rs 10 Crore) pending with HPPWD department which needs to be released.
- Current condition of school in terms of infrastructure and other facilities.
- Proposal for grant of Rs.24,00,00,000 (Rs.24 crore) for renovation & other works.
- Principal Secretary Sh. Kamlesh Kumar Pant has been requested to visit school.
